Schedule and How to Join
Group workshops will be held weekly over Zoom (recordings will be available should you miss a session).
There will be homework and exercises for you to practice at home, and there is an optional accountability group where additional inspiration will be shared to keep you motivated and supported throughout the program.

How long does this program take to complete?
This is an 8 Week Program. However, due to holiday season some weeks are skipped over to accommodate the holiday days. Serenity & Success Mastery starts on November 12th and finishes on January 21st, 2023.
What is the format of Serenity and Success Mastery?
This is a group program with live zoom calls. The material will be taught live.
You will gain access to a student portal where the replays, worksheets and homework assignments will be housed.
How much time do I need to complete the homework exercises? What will that look like?
This training requires about 15 to 30 minutes a day and is most effective when done at home. Different types of exercises include formal meditation and more informal daily practices.
